You log in to The "iTelemarketer" system and your PC rings like a phone, at which time you will see a control panel, with controls, such as Pause, Resume, Call Transfer, park call and more.
Once logged in, up to 3 lines dial on your lead database per user. We can supply the leads, or you can use any source you like.
When a live client answers you get a screen pop that shows the clients data, at which time the client is live with you on the phone. You can hear the client through your PC using a headset, no phone line required for the rep.
After you speak with the client, you disposition the call as:
Sold, Call Back (set a date and time for the system to recall), Not Interested, Bogus Data, and more. The system automatically dispositions "No Answer" calls and disconnected calls, because the rep only receives the live calls. LEARN MORE
